Chevy SXSW: Auditorium Shores
South by Southwest (SXSW) is one heck of a festival. It’s all panels, all movies, all music and all parties – all the time. It’s no wonder many local Austinites make it a point to steer clear of the whole downtown area.
One of our favorite parts of SXSW is moving out of the Convention Center and away from the crowded venues toward Auditorium Shores at Lady Bird Lake Park.While located near the heart of the city, it’s a river away from the conference and tends to bring out more of the locals.For the past two nights, folks have joined us for a free, outdoor concert! We’ve be set up at Auditorium Shores, off Riverside Drive, on:- Thursday, March 17 (evening)
- Friday, March 18 (evening)
- Saturday, March 19 (afternoon)
There will be food vendors, incredible live music, and the best view of the city. Afterward, Catch A Chevy around downtown to see all the excitement around SXSW Music as it takes over the city.
